“Mi más sincera gratitud por acogernos en el Fitzwilliam durante el fin de semana. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia fantástica. Brindamos con champán en nuestro balcón con vistas a St. Stephen’s Green; una experiencia inesperada pero llena de magia. Nos sentimos verdaderamente mimados y mi novio agradeció sobremanera cada detalle organizado por el hotel durante el fin de semana, en el que celebrábamos su cumpleaños. ¡Me hicisteis ganar muchos puntos! Así que muchas gracias. Por desgracia nuestro vuelo no se canceló, por lo que no había excusa para pasar otra noche en el hotel.”

“Es la segunda vez que visito el Fitzwilliam, en esta ocasión para celebrar el día de Acción de Gracias en la ciudad, con Grafton Street en su apogeo en plenas vacaciones. Como de costumbre, una gran habitación y un maravilloso personal. Además, esta vez probé el café irlandés del bar y puedo afirmar que es el mejor que he degustado nunca. Pensé en alojarme en otro hotel 5* de la ciudad, aunque una vez visitados algunos, opté sin dudarlo por el encanto y la ubicación del Fitzwillam. Un gran hotel por el que merece la pena pagar cada céntimo de su precio.”

“Mi experiencia en el Fitzwilliam comenzó con muy buen pie cuando llamé para preguntar si mi marido podía llegar con adelanto. Estuvieron fantásticos por teléfono y me comunicaron que no había ningún problema. La situación del Fitzwilliam es excelente, ya que permite desplazarse andando hasta todas las zonas turísticas y una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares. Nos alojamos en una habitación Executive, con una decoración agradable y moderna. Contábamos además con vistas al patio, iluminado con luces en tonos púrpuras durante la noche. Transmitía una sensación de calma absoluta. El baño de piedra y mármol incluía fantásticos productos de higiene y albornoces. Incluso dispusimos de servicio de habitaciones toda la noche, con deliciosos bombones. Todo el personal del hotel resultó muy amable, ¡hasta llamaban al ascensor por nosotros!”

" Stayed here for a work Christmas do and had a great time. The location of the hotel at the top of Grafton Street, the main shopping street in Dublin is second to none. Great, modern decor and comfortable rooms. If you stay here you must have a bubble bath it is the biggest deepest bath I have ever used! Had a lovely relaxing massage after a long night on the town.-overall a great stay."

“Un hotel increíble que goza de una excelente ubicación en el centro de Dublín. Nos alojamos una sola noche para celebrar la Nochevieja y, aunque no pasamos mucho rato en la habitación (la ocasión no se prestaba a ello), resultó ser un auténtico paraíso de tranquilidad en plena locura navideña.”

" Over the past 4 years we have traveled to Dublin once every 2 months. As we live in the sticks we just like the city. Contrary to previous reviews, Dublin is an easy city to get around.....a general sense of direction is all that is required! If you do get lost.....just ask someone, better still, ask whilst enjoying a pint!

Me and my partner stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in January .We arrived at the hotel with two members of staff waiting for us at the entrance, our luggage was immediately taken from us and the reception team was polite and welcoming! We were taken to our bedroom by a delightful gentleman who showed us all of the facilities in the room and went through the other services the hotel offers (24HR room service etc etc)

Our room was fantastic, very very spacious, lovely, clean & fresh! The bathroom was very vintage with a huge shower head, deep bath and upmarket H20 products!

...we decided to have a few drinks in the bar, WHAT A PLACE! it's a lovely relaxing setting with a great choice of wines to choose from, service was prompt and cocktails were spot on!! I heard it has been known as a discreet celebrity hang out!!!"

" Have just got back from a brief and wonderful stay. This is such a fantastic hotel - it looks amazing, particularly the rooms with all the large balconies with amazing views over St. Stephens Green, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also had some treatments - and again a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and very attentive and capable staff. I would definitely recommend it - can't wait to go back"

" There wasn't enough room to complete my comments: The most wonderful part of the Fitzwilliam is TONY! What a delightful, friendly and helpful person. He is a JEWEL! We arrived very early in the morning and he gave us coffee, put us in the day room to tidy up, and made sure we got settled in our room. He's your best asset!!!!!!!"

Having stayed in some five star hotels around the world recently, Barcelona, Singapore and actually in Kildare, where the service, in our opinion was not even close to 3 stars, we have held your service standards as the mark of excellence.
