" Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel du Fitzwilliam pour le fantastique accueil qui nous a été réservé le week-end dernier. C’était un séjour vraiment fantastique... Nous ne nous attendions pas à déguster une coupe de champagne en admirant St. Stephen’s Green depuis notre balcon, mais c’était une surprise très agréable ! Le personnel de l’hôtel était aux petits soins pour nous et mon compagnon a vraiment apprécié tout ce qui avait été préparé pour son anniversaire. Il était aux anges, et moi également ! Merci encore pour votre gentillesse ! La seule chose que je regrette, c’est que notre vol n’ait pas été annulé... Ç’aurait été l’excuse parfaite pour passer une nuit de plus au Fitzwilliam ! "

" Deuxième passage au Fitzwilliam, à l’occasion de Thanksgiving. Avec les fêtes, l’ambiance dans Grafton Street était incroyable. Comme la dernière fois, la chambre était impeccable et le personnel très accueillant. Mmm ! Et l’Irish coffee du bar... Le meilleur que j’aie jamais goûté ! J’avais pensé essayer d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles de la ville, mais après les avoir visités, je dois dire que je préfère de loin le Fitzwilliam, pour son charme ainsi que pour son emplacement. En bref, super hôtel... Essayez-le, vous ne serez pas déçus !"

"Dès le début, mon expérience au Fitzwilliam s’était bien annoncée : je les avais appelés au téléphone pour savoir s’il était possible que mon mari arrive plus tôt que prévu, et mon interlocuteur s’était montré d’une gentillesse extrême, me faisant savoir que cela ne poserait aucun problème. Le Fitzwilliam est situé en plein centre de Dublin, ce qui rend accessibles à pied la plupart des attractions touristiques, restaurants et bars de la ville. Nous avions pris une chambre Executive, décorée avec goût dans un style très tendance. La vue sur le jardin intérieur était fantastique, surtout lorsque celui-ci était illuminé le soir. Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable, sans entendre aucun bruit de l’extérieur. Dans la salle de bains, toute marbrée, nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver des articles de toilette haut de gamme et des peignoirs très confortables. Le soir, la chambre avait été entièrement refaite et de délicieux chocolats avaient été laissés à notre attention. Quant au personnel de l’hôtel, il était d’une prévenance extrême, allant jusqu’à appuyer sur les boutons de l’ascenseur !"

" Stayed here for a work Christmas do and had a great time. The location of the hotel at the top of Grafton Street, the main shopping street in Dublin is second to none. Great, modern decor and comfortable rooms. If you stay here you must have a bubble bath it is the biggest deepest bath I have ever used! Had a lovely relaxing massage after a long night on the town.-overall a great stay."

Nous y avons séjourné une nuit à l’occasion du réveillon de la Saint-Sylvestre et même si nous n’avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre (on ne fête pas le Nouvel An tous les jours !), ce fut un vrai bonheur d’y passer quelques heures de sommeil réparatrices dans un calme absolu."

" Over the past 4 years we have traveled to Dublin once every 2 months. As we live in the sticks we just like the city. Contrary to previous reviews, Dublin is an easy city to get around.....a general sense of direction is all that is required! If you do get lost.....just ask someone, better still, ask whilst enjoying a pint!
Me and my partner stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in January .We arrived at the hotel with two members of staff waiting for us at the entrance, our luggage was immediately taken from us and the reception team was polite and welcoming! We were taken to our bedroom by a delightful gentleman who showed us all of the facilities in the room and went through the other services the hotel offers (24HR room service etc etc)
Our room was fantastic, very very spacious, lovely, clean & fresh! The bathroom was very vintage with a huge shower head, deep bath and upmarket H20 products!
...we decided to have a few drinks in the bar, WHAT A PLACE! it's a lovely relaxing setting with a great choice of wines to choose from, service was prompt and cocktails were spot on!! I heard it has been known as a discreet celebrity hang out!!!"

" Have just got back from a brief and wonderful stay. This is such a fantastic hotel - it looks amazing, particularly the rooms with all the large balconies with amazing views over St. Stephens Green, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also had some treatments - and again a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and very attentive and capable staff. I would definitely recommend it - can't wait to go back"
