The Dublin Theatre Festival is back, from 29 September to 16 October 2016. With dozens of performances on stages all across the city over 18 days and nights, this year promises to be one of the best yet.
To celebrate, we’re going to give two lucky people tickets to Anton Chekhov’s “The Seagull” on Saturday 15th October AND dinner beforehand in Citron restaurant here at the hotel. Oh, AND cocktails afterwards in our Inn on the Green bar.

Dublin Theatre Festival
Dublin Theatre Festival has been thrilling audiences since 1957. Every year it brings together artists, theatre-makers and audiences not just from Ireland but from all over the world.
The festival supports Irish theatre artists in creating work of the highest quality, bringing world-class theatre to Dublin audiences and providing a platform to showcase the best of Irish theatre to the world.
It features a programme that incorporates theatre, music, dance and family events as well as artist talks, public discussions and artist development and is one of the world’s greatest theatre festivals.
Anton Chekhov’s much-loved comic masterpiece The Seagull has been reimagined for the Dublin Theatre Festival in the Gaiety Theatre.
This new version by The Corn Exchange shows how deeply relevant, radically contemporary and exquisitely funny Chekhov remains. The Seagull is a wonderful celebration of love and art – a study of what we aspire to most and how easily we keep our happiness just out of reach.
